Who is this event for?
- Winter Walking Week is open to anyone – individuals, families, friends, and groups are all welcome.
- There is a recommended minimum age of 14. Younger children with hiking experience (any season) may also be able to join – see Info Pack for details.
What activities are involved?
Winter Walking Week includes two winter walks on groomed snow trails, two snowshoe walks, and one optional sledding day. There are lots of opportunities for fun and friendship as you explore the magic of the Swiss Alps in winter. In the evenings we offer varied evening programmes with opportunities to learn about Swiss traditions, get to know our international staff, and put your competitive spirit into action! During this event our evening programmes will have a climate change theme and focus on ways we can preserve the Swiss Alps we are enjoying during the day programmes.
