Plan Your Trip To Nuestra Cabaña
Get ready for adventure, by being prepared.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need to make your trip a success. This includes some important forms you must return to us in good time to ensure we can meet your needs, such as dietary requirements.
The e-mail will be sent to the Leader who made the booking, but we suggest you share the information with all adults on your trip. It’s also great to empower young people in your group by sharing information with them and encouraging them to help with the planning.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO BEFORE TRAVEL
- Return Personal Details Form for each guest (four weeks prior to arrival). The form will be sent to you with your booking contract. IMPORTANT - late return of this form may mean we cannot accommodate dietary requirements or other special requests.
- If you are not booked onto a programme/event, contact our Programme Team to organise activities. We recommend doing this as early as possible to increase the chances of getting your first choice activities.
- If you didn't tell us during booking, let us know about any access requirements. This includes medical, behavioural, or learning needs for those taking part in any of our activities.
- Check you have all items on your programme/event packing list.
- Check the Nuestra Cabaña Wish List to see if you have anything you could bring and donate or email us for ideas on items we need. Please note: while we greatly appreciate all donations, we ask guests not to leave behind items that are not on our Wish List without checking with a staff member first. It is often expensive to dispose of items we don't need, however well meaning the donation.

We are located near shops so you can purchase items you may have forgotten.
