My name is Kylie, and I’m a Girl Scout from Maine, USA. I have been a Girl Scout since I was five. I have also been awarded my Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouts USA. It’s a girl-led service project to better one’s community that showcases one’s leadership, perseverance, and team-working skills. My project focused on renovating a community space to make it more suitable for the groups using it.
I am very creative, and I love to draw, sing, knit, and play guitar. You’ll often find me singing around Pax! Back in the States, I work in a museum, and I am also a children’s performing arts director where I teach theater. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington, where I graduated in 2022.
My first time at Pax Lodge was in 2017 when my Girl Scout troop came to London on a trip, and I knew that I wanted to come back! I started as a volunteer in January, and I am greatly enjoying my time here! I love to travel and have new experiences and meet people from all over the world.
