Squirrel House

About
Squirrel House is one of the smaller and older buildings on site, with a rustic charm and traditional bunkhouse feel.

Ideal for

  • Small groups who want a self-contained stay whilst enjoying the atmosphere of Our Chalet and on-site support.
  • Available for hire from mid-May through to mid-October.
  • No Wifi available in Squirrel house, but free access is available in other locations on-site.

Squirrel House is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not recommended for those with limited mobility.

  • Up to 16 people
  • 6 beds downstairs (bunk beds)
  • 10 floor mattresses upstairs
  • Towels and linens are included
Bathrooms
  • 2 toilets with sinks
  • No showers in building
  • Showers are available for use in Main Chalet (3 minute walk on uneven path)
Catering
  • Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster
  • Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery
  • Dining table plus outdoor area
  • Grocery delivery available
Hire options
  • Upstairs only (including one toilet, no cooking facilities) – max. 10 people
  • Downstairs only (including one toilet and cooking facilities) – max. 6 people
  • Whole building – min. 10 / max. 16 people
  • Access to laundry facilities – at extra cost
