PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Prior to your arrival at Sangam World Centre, there are forms which should be completed and submitted.
Please ensure you have read the information regarding programme, travel, meals and added services thoroughly. Also, please send the requested forms on time to enable us to prepare for your stay at Sangam World Centre.
Pre-Departure Checklist
- Return Personal Details Form for each guest, 4 weeks prior to arrival. The form will be sent to you with your booking contract.
- If you would like an airport transfer this must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you are arriving without our services, please give us an estimated time of arrival. Your arrival time is especially important to know if you are arriving outside of office hours.
- Contact our Guest Services Team to organise your programme activities at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival, this is for both individual guests and groups.
- Check the Sangam Wish List to see if there is anything you'd like to bring and donate. You are more than welcome to donate something outside of our Wish List and can always email us for ideas!
